Mike Gray, chef at King Arthur Flour’s Bakery Store & Studio, makes a signature sandwich, and has chosen Yummy Yammy Lemon Ginger Dip to be the condiment for the current sandwich.
It’s a baguette sandwich with Jasper Hill’s clothbound Cabot Cheddar, and a poached pear. Our Lemon Ginger Dip adds just the right touch!
The sandwich is available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
You pick it up at the bakery counter, right next to all the sweet treats for after lunch.
