Here are some of our favorite ways to use these sweet potato salsas. Enjoy!

Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa

Yummy Yammy TUSCAN SWEET POTATO SALSA

Quick Tuscan Pasta
Ingredients:
•Cooked pasta
•Yummy Yammy® brand ​Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa
•Parmesan or romano cheese (optional)
•Your favorite vegetables or meat (optional)

Fast & Easy Tuscan Breakfast
You’ll need:
•Bread or English muffin
•Yummy Yammy® brand ​Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa
•Hard boiled egg
•Shredded cheese (optional)

Cut egg into slices and lay on English muffin. Top with ​Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa, top with cheese, and melt in toaster oven.

Simple Tuscan Wrap
Simply add Yummy Yammy® brand ​Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa to your favorite wrap (cheese, vegetables, or meat) for a quick brilliant lunch. Replacing mayonnaise with our salsa saves you gobs of calories and fat, and adds tons of natural nutrition and outstanding flavor.

Gluten-free, Vegan Tuscan Snack Wraps
Just use:
•Freshly washed and dried lettuce leaves

Tuscan Pasta Salad
You’ll want:
•Leftover cooked pasta

•Any chopped vegetables you prefer and have on hand

Toss cold leftover cooked pasta with Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa and preferred vegetables. Chill and serve for a quick, healthy & easy lunch or side dish. Here’s how:

Tuscan Chicken or Tofu
So easy. You’ll just need:
•Chicken breasts or cubes of tofu
•Yummy Yammy® brand Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa

Combine protein source and Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa in oven-proof casserole dish, cover, and refrigerate for up to 6 hours to marinate flavors. Preheat oven to 350F and cook covered until cooked through. Add more salsa at serving time.

Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa

Yummy Yammy MOROCCAN SWEET POTATO SALSAFast & Nutritious Moroccan Breakfast
You’ll need:
•Toast or English muffin
•Yummy Yammy® brand Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa
•Hard-boiled egg
•Feta cheese (optional)

Assemble egg and salsa onto bread and toast in toaster oven. Add feta cheese if you wish.

Quick & Easy Vegan Lunch
Just use:
•Leftover cooked rice

Spoon Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa on top of rice in a microwave safe bowl, heat and enjoy.

Warming Moroccan Eggs
So simple:
•Your favorite eggs (pastured eggs are best, with rich orange yolks!)

Cook your eggs your favorite way: sunny side up, over easy, over hard, scrambled. Then, when they are flipped or stirred for the last time, top with sweet potato salsa, turn the heat down, and put the lid on. Let the heat get all the way through the eggs and salsa, and enjoy. Easy Moroccan Wrap
Simply add ​Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa to your favorite wrap (cheese, veggie, or meat) for a quick and delicious flavor and nutrition boost. Quick & Easy Moroccan Lunch
You’ll need:
•Pita chips or pita bread

•Lettuce, cucumber, carrots, peas (optional)

Dip pita chips into Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa or spoon it into a pita pocket. Add fresh crunch of vegetables if you like. Quick and refreshing!

Gluten-free Moroccan Snack Wraps
Ingredients:
•Freshly washed and dried lettuce leaves
​•Yummy Yammy® brand Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa

Display Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa on crisp Romaine leaves, or roll it up in green/red leaf lettuce, tucking the ends under.

Quick Moroccan Lamb Stew
Ingredients:
•Chunks of fresh lamb
•Onion
•Butter or oil
•Vegetable broth
•Yummy Yammy® brand Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa
•Rice: white, brown, or basmati

In pot, cook rice according to directions.

Sautee chopped onion in pan in butter or oil. When transparent, add lamb and sautee further. Stir until mostly cooked: bigger cubes will take longer and smaller ones will take less time. Add  vegetable broth until the lamb is covered. Cover pan. When fully cooked, add Moroccan Sweet Potato Salsa, turn off heat and replace lid. When all is fully heated through, spoon rice into bowl and lamb sautee on top. Like all soups, it will be even better on day two, once the flavors have fully combined.

Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa

Yummy Yammy Mexican SWEET POTATO SALSAQuick & Easy Mexican Breakfast Sandwich
Just use:
•Bread or English muffin
​•Yummy Yammy® brand Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa
•Shredded cheese (optional)

Spread ​Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa on English muffin or bread, top with cheese, and melt in toaster oven.

Superfood Nachos
Ingredients:
•Tortilla chips
​•Yummy Yammy® brand Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa
•Shredded cheese (optional)
•Avocado slices or chunks (optional)
•Shredded vegetables like lettuce, carrots, chopped red peppers (optional)

Assemble ​Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa and cheese over chips for nachos. Heat them if you can — toaster oven or oven is best.  Then add avocado on top and vegetables around the side for a healthful and delicious nacho salad. See our video on making the best nachos in the world!

Simple Mexican Superfood Burrito
Simply add ​Yummy Yammy® brand Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa to a wrap (with or without cheese). Add additional veggies if you like: chopped bell peppers (red, orange, yellow, or green), sugarsnap peas, avocado, leftover cooked broccoli or cauliflower. Some folks add rice. Heat for a quick breakfast, lunch, snack, or dinner.

Fast & Easy Mexican Superfood Quesadillas
Just use:
•Burrito wraps of your choice (white, whole wheat, spinach, corn)
•Yummy Yammy® brand Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa
•Your favorite melty cheese

Put cheese on half your wrap, and spread some Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa on the same half. Fold the non-cheesy half onto the cheesy half. Bake at 350F for about 5-10 minutes, til the cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and top with guacamole, sour cream, olives if you like. See our video on making superfood quesadillas:

Gluten-free Mexican Snack Wraps
You’ll need:
•Freshly washed and dried lettuce leaves, or steamed collard greens with stems cut out
​•Yummy Yammy® brand Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa
•Shredded cheese (optional)

Roll some ​Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa up in each greens leaf, tucking the ends under.

Instant Mexican Soup
You’ll need:
•Boiling water
•Yummy Yammy® brand Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa
•Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Spoon a few tablespoons of Mexican Sweet Potato Salsa into a cup or mug. Add very hot water and stir. Add more or less salsa to taste. Top with shredded cheddar cheese if you please.
